ARCHITECTURE
We believe good architecture is about how the interpretation of the client’s vision is translated to create a building that not only realizes that dream, but creates it beyond expectation.
Our architecture is not defined by size and scale, but driven by the commitment to create a project that demonstrates quality of design, professionalism and detail.
With experienced leadership, effective guidance and good communication we have gained a reputation for our ability to deliver projects which are creative, within budget, delivered on time and to the highest quality
INTERIORS
Buildings are an amalgamation of spaces that evoke feelings, emotions and memories. The challenge of interior design is to create spaces that are integral to the building’s fabric whilst encouraging movement in, around and through individual spaces, to create a lasting impression.
Our experience in space planning, colour, materials, lighting, furniture and intricate detailing, enables us to change the appearance and function of any space beyond expectation.
PLANNING
A&A’s planners and designers create sustainable campuses for residential, institutional and hospitality. We understand that where people live, work and spend their leisure time, and where communities can grow and neighborhoods develop, are places that need to be well planned, well designed and well maintained in order to provide a high quality of life.
Every development site, whether large or small, brings its own set of challenges. We believe that each site requires a unique approach. We aim to assist our clients to create developments that have a sense of ‘place’ that sit well in their surroundings, respond to both their natural and social contexts and create well-designed, economically viable and unique developments.
LANDSCAPE
A&A’s landscape architects shape environments that connect people to each other and to the nature around them. For projects ranging from less than half an acre to 100 acres, our landscape architects blend imaginative designs with natural systems to establish a sense of place.
